Head of Operations
Widad holds a degree in Biochemistry from Universiti Putra Malaysia and is a dynamic and results-oriented individual. She has successfully supported various human capital development initiatives, especially in place & train programmes with the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) and Ministry of Rural and Regional Development of Malaysia (KKDW) through FELCRA.
In addition, Widad has also made a valuable contribution to the implementation of MyStep and K-Youth Development Programmes in partnership with Khazanah Nasional Berhad.
Her strengths are in leadership and optimising operational efficiency, and at the same time enhancing the process to ensure a seamless delivery of programmes.
