Saras is a graduate of the University of Malaya in the field of Political Science. She currently oversees the growth of the organisation by facilitating the curation of new ventures and programmes, such as the set up of new training providers, course registrations and industry linkages for various initiatives with Human Resources Development Corporation (HRDCorp) and other agencies.
Her keen understanding of educational trends, coupled with her ability to forge partnerships with the industry in mobilising resources and expertise, sets her apart as a transformative force. Saras is also key to improving the customer and user experience of training programmes by incorporating innovation and technologies, adding value to the outcome of programmes.
